Bad-

Good-

To condense the four pages into one page, use 301 redirects.

Search Engine Indexing Limits-

Page File Size- No more than 150 kilobytes (Before Images, CSS and Other Attachments).

Amount of Links- No more than 100 unique links per page

Title Tag- No more than 50-60 Characters

Meta Description- No more than 150-160 Characters

Meta Keywords- No more than 250-300 Characters

Page Urls-

URLs human-readable.
URLs simulate an easy to navigate directory structure.
URLs free from irrelevant server query strings, special characters, question marks, numbers, etc.
Separate keyword spaces in your URLs with hyphens.
For any given page, the ability to modify the keywords in your URL to more accurately describe the page.

And More-

Check compatibility between browsers - Visit your client's site using Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer and Safari. Remember to do this on both a Mac and a PC.
Include HTML sitemap in site.
Can search engines easily crawl your site?
Avoid the use of splash pages and Flash.
Do you have the ability to easily modify and re-organize your site?
Include XML sitemap in site.
Include Webmaster code in site.
Include Analytic Code in site.
Submit XML and HTML sitemap in webmaster Tool.
